Commissioner: I, Sam, am commissioner of this league and will be the final decision-maker for league policy. You must agree with this before joining the league.
Price: This league is free.
Roster: A roster must include the following:
Offense:
2 Quarterbacks
2 Running backs
1 Fullback
4 Wide Receivers
2 Tight Ends
Defense:
Depending on your team, you have a 4-3 or 3-4 defense.
4-3= 2 DE, 2 DT, 1 MLB, and 2 OLB.
3-4= 2 DE, 1 DT, 2 MLB, and 2 OLB.
2 Safeties
4 Corner Backs
Special Teams:
1 Kicker
1 Punter
The number of total players in an organization is a 50/man roster limit.
Setting Rosters Deadline: The deadline is not determined yet. You must have your roster set for opening day. You can make changes in the middle of the season though.
Scoring: Head to Head.
Playoffs: A winner from each division plus two wild-cards in each league will advance to the playoffs, with each league's winner playing in the Super Bowl.
Salary Schedule:

Wait until the salaries for the 2011 NFL season have been put on there. For rotoworld, go the NFL section and click on the depth charts. Once there, you can click on players to go their player page. On their page, there will be a thing that says Contract Details. Click that and you'll have the players contract fully updated.
Salary Cap: There will be a poll when the league is full, to determine the Salary Cap.
Franchise Tag- Each team is allowed one $10M franchise tag which they can use on ONE player that has a contract worth more than $10M.
Free Agency: Any team can bid on a free agent. The team that offers the most total money is the winner. Example: 1 year-$8M vs. 2 years-$10M contract. The yearly rate on the 2 year deal is $5 million. However, under this system, the deal must be worth at least $6.4M ($8M times .8) annually, for a final contract of 2 years-$12.8 million. For each additional year offered above the next-best number of years, you can knock off twenty percent per year. For a 3 year deal in this structure, you'd have to offer at least $5.12M per year ($6.4M times .8) for a final offer of three years-$15.36 million. The maximum number of years offered is seven years. A player is awarded to a team after no other team has offered a higher bid amount for 24 hours.
Trade Approval: A trade must be posted in the 'Trades' section, and must be approved by six owners to be finalized. Four vetoes cancels the trade. If it has been more than 48 hours, it will either go through, and be canceled, depending on the number of vetoes or approvals.
Trade Deadline: There is no trade deadline.
Waivers: One team can make three waiver claims within a single week. Free agent contracts cannot be waived, but all contracts of players in the first six years can have their contract waived with full salary relief. Any claiming team takes on their corresponding salary.
Draft: We will hold a draft each year, except for the first year (2010). The draft will last seven rounds and is scheduled a week after the NFL draft, so we know who got drafted and we won't draft undrafted players. The order is in reverse order of finish from the season just finished. A team has 12 hours to make their pick from the time that the previous team has made their pick. If they do not choose within that time period, then I will make their pick for them, and it will likely not be the player they desire. Players that go undrafted, but have signed a pro contract, are eligible to be free agents in this league. Players that go undrafted, but have not signed a pro contract in real life, will automatically be placed into next years draft pool. All players that are drafted have their rights retained indefinitely, until they reach free agency in our league structure.
Draft Pick Trading: Draft picks may be traded before the draft, and you may trade recently-drafted picks as soon as the draft is concluded.
Collusion: Any owners found colluding will be dismissed immediately, and their transactions will be reversed.
